Yea Bub – Law of Etiquette
In Martial Arts training, etiquette is arguably the most important and fundamental element. In training the martial artist must first know and control his body. Second, you must learn to regulate your breathing. Third, quiet the mind. Through practice and understanding of the mutual relationship of body, breath and mind, the practitioner begins martial arts training and knowledge of one's mind and spirit. This mental attitude must be above human relationships and cultivated through the practice of martial arts. Learning how to defend yourself is important in the martial arts, but etiquette, the manifestation of the mind itself, is much more important. Yea Bub is the essential foundation of martial artists. Without this there will be no difference between martial artists and street fighters.
Yes Bub - Law of Mind
The actions of the mind move the body. But the actions of the body can also move the mind. Sim Bub is the practice of harmonious development between mind and body and understanding how one influences the other. Through meditation, self-reflection, and martial arts practice (which are all elements of Sim Bub), we can overcome problems such as anxiety, nervousness, fear, arrogance, and hesitation. Sim Bub allows a person to free themselves from these limiting factors and develop a correct judgment, being able to make the right decisions, having patience, courage, wisdom and indomitable spirit. It teaches the ability to keep the mind harmonious under all difficult situations. Sim Bub allows martial artists to overcome their limitations and develop their full potential and demonstrate their true abilities. Most importantly, Sim Bub taught through martial arts should naturally be extended and applied to all other parts of life. Sim Bub unites martial arts with all other aspects of life.
Ki Bub - Law of Ki
Macroscopically, Ki is the source of life in the universe and microscopically, it is the source of human life. Ki training in martial arts involves absorbing the energy of the universe through breathing. The purpose of breathing in martial arts is not only to improve health but also to enrich martial arts skills. Ki Bub teaches martial artists the ability to develop Ki as well as radiating it to specific areas of the body. If Ki Bub is used in self-defense techniques, when kicking, striking, twisting, throwing or handling weapons, the effectiveness will improve dramatically. All martial artists must study Ki Bub. Without developing Ki, advanced levels of martial arts cannot be reached. Students learn breathing methods, ki development, ki focus, ki chae jo (ki exercises for health) and application of ki in training.
Shin Bub - Law of the Body
Following the principles of Um and Yang, Shin Bub is the correct use of the body in martial arts. For this it is necessary to incorporate to our knowledge the inherent concepts of physiology, biomechanics and physics. Shin Bub allows Ki to flow freely, developing physical fitness and enriching our martial skills. This teaches martial artists to unite body movement with technique, breathing, and Ki. In addition, it teaches the transfer of power, use of power, control and exchange of power. It is the coordination of the aforementioned factors that produce great skill.
Ahn Bub - Law of the Eyes
The eyes are used by all martial artists to see the opponent's movements. However, Ahn Bub develops this basic idea to a higher level. Vision is important, but also because of it we can perceive, feel, anticipate, nullify and attract an opponent. Ahn Bub teaches a person to look at the whole to perceive a part but also at the same time to see a part to perceive the whole. This is a crucial part of martial arts that should not be neglected.
Bo Bub - Law of Motion
This is one of the fundamental elements of martial arts training that requires the most attention. It teaches a person to flow freely from offense to defense and from defense to offense. Soo Bub - Law of the Hand

The use of Jung Kwon (fist), Kwak Kwon (back of hand), Soo Do (hand knife), Yuk Soo Do (inverted hand knife), Kwan Soo (spear hand), Il Ji (one finger), I Ji (two fingers), Joong Ji (fist with prominent middle finger) are developed through proper training and conditioning. At advanced levels of training, Pyung Soo or Jang Bub (palm technique) and Chul Sa Jang (iron palm) are used. Soo Bub is naturally connected to Sin Bub, Ahn Bub, Bo Bub, and Ki Bub.
Jok Sool - Kicking Techniques
Various standing positions are used to strike specific areas of the body such as vital points, pressure points, soft tissue and joints. In addition, Jok Sool can be used in sweeps, hooks, braces, traps and choking an opponent. This includes linear, arc-shaped, spinning, jumping, sweeping, hooking, choking, combinations, double, triple, over obstacles, and special kicks.
Yu Sool - (Soft Techniques Yo Heng Sool techniques are specifically designed to manipulate joints and pressure points to trap and escort opponents without causing serious damage.
Yo Heng Sool - (Retention and Follow-Up Techniques)
Yoo Sool techniques are specifically used to manipulate joints and pressure points to trap opponents without causing serious injury to the opponent.
Po Bak Sool - (Techniques with rope tying)
Various lengths of rope and other materials such as a tie, scarf, sash, belts are used to choke, throw and tie an opponent
Boo Chae Sool - (Fan Techniques)
Fans made of different materials from bamboo to steel are used to strike, thrust, cut and immobilize the opponent. The practitioner's energy must be focused on the fan and maximum speed must be used to increase effectiveness.
Dan Jang Sool (Ji Pang I) - (Cane Techniques)
The cane is used to stop and block attacks. It is also used for striking, immobilizing and hooking techniques to subdue an opponent.
Bong Sool - Stick Techniques)
Bats of different lengths are used to strike, lunge, block, strangle, and immobilize the opponent. Students learn the methods of bases (jase), turning (bong doligui), striking, forms (hiong) and fighting (from riong).
Gum Bub - Sword Law
Jung Gum (long sword), Yuk Gum (inverted sword grip), Dan Gum (short sword), Ssang Gum (double sword) techniques are generally used to cut, hit, thrust and slash opponents. Students learn the methods of etiquette, cuts, postures, forms, meditation and fighting. Training progresses from Jook Do (bamboo sword), Mok Gum (wooden sword), and Jin Gum (royal sword).
Hyung - Shapes
This training method is designed to practice defense and attack against imaginary enemies. In addition to this develop balance, concentration, breath control, rhythm, focus, Sim Bub, Ki Bub, and Shin Bub to truly understand and appreciate a form one must repeat it at least 3,000 times.

is the training method to test your combat skills against a real opponent. This promotes timing, distance, technique effectiveness, spirit, conditioning, endurance, tone, and flexibility. Nak Bub - (Law of Bearings and Falls)
Teaches correct movement and positioning to prevent injury when the practitioner falls or is thrown. Rolling and falling techniques include forward, backward, sideways, rolling, hurdle jumping and specialties such as acrobatics. This conditions and strengthens the body, develops coordination and body awareness, and teaches techniques for avoiding techniques.
Kyuk Pa Sool - (Break technique)
Teaches breaking methods to test the practitioner's technique. Develops concentration, strength and speed. Breaking modalities include breaking strength, speed and demonstrations.
Mom Pul Gi-(Body Flexibility)
Teaches methods of stretching and relaxing the muscles and joints of the body to increase flexibility, reduce tension, improve health, and reduce the risk of injury.
